- Next, Sponsor/Employer electronic H1B Lottery registration.
- After that, USICS will notify us about the lottery results.
- The employer will submit Form I-129, the H1B petition, to USCIS, along with a request for Labour Conditions Approval (LCA).
- Next, USICS will send the petition for approval.
- Finally, the approved petitions will be gone for the stamping.
